Volunteer Morning @ River Point Conservation Area

Join Falmouth Land Trust staff for a morning of live staking at River Point Conservation Area.  What is live staking, and why are we doing it?  It's a method of planting using dormant shrub or tree cuttings that can help restore streambanks, reduce erosion, and improve habitat.  We'll be using red-osier dogwood cuttings right from the property.  Plan to wear long pants and boots, and bring water and snacks as needed.  Tools will be provided.  Join us for any or all of this three hour block! Please click the button below to register. This ensures that you will be added to our registration list and receive additional event details and updates.
