Trail Distance and Description: Trail distance coming soon! Trails are mostly double-track, averaging 3-4ft wide with some roots and rocks. The trail surface is flat and hardened stable dirt which may loosen and be muddy with rain. No bridges or steps exist on this property.

Dogs: Allowed off leash under voice control. Must be on leash within 300 feet of the trailhead.

Property Uses: Hiking, snowmobiling, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hunting, and nature study are all allowed. Motorized vehicles are prohibited, except snowmobiles on marked trails. Trails are not wheelchair accessible.

Additional Directions: From I-95, take exit 53 and turn left onto Rte. 100/26 North (Gray Road). At the first traffic light turn left onto Leighton Road. Continue one-half mile and turn left onto Brook Road. Continue one-quarter mile to the stop sign and turn right onto Blackstrap Road. Continue approximately one-half mile and bear left onto Hardy Road. The gravel parking lot will be about one-half mile down on the left.

Property Description: The property consists of an old town landfill site and open space from the adjacent subdivision. The Yellow Trail is shared with snowmobilers so use caution in the winter. A portion of the Pond Trail (white blazes) is on privately owned property so please be courteous and stay on marked trails in that area. Boundary signs are evident. The Yellow Trail provides a connection to the Presumpscot Regional Land Trust’s Pride Preserve
