From I-95 take exit 53 and turn left onto Gray Rd (Rte 100/26). At the first traffic light turn right onto Leighton Rd. Continue for one-half mile, and turn left onto Falmouth Rd. Continue for less than one-quarter mile and turn right onto Twin Pond Drive. Continue to the trailhead and two small parking areas at the end of the road.

Part of the conservation corridor along the East Branch of the Piscataqua River, Twin Ponds is the preserved portion of a development. It abuts Falmouth Community Park and has woods, fields, and two small ponds.
