Construction Completion: Priority given to bidders who can complete by December 1, 2026
All work must be substantially complete and ready for final inspection by December 1, 2026. FLT anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in June 2026, following MTP program office review and approval of the awarded contract.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Stewardship Manager Whitney Bushey at wbushey@falmouthlandtrust.org. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the email address above no later than May 20, 2026. Responses to questions will be shared with all prospective bidders who have requested the RFP. FLT will not respond to questions received after May 20, 2026.
Important Note: This project is funded by a Maine Trails Program (MTP) grant administered by the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands, Grants and Community Recreation Program. All procurement must comply with MTP procurement requirements. Bid documents are subject to review and approval by the Grants and Community Recreation office prior to contract award. All contractor-produced signage, press releases, or published materials related to this project must identify MTP funding assistance per MTP program requirements.
